About Me

Offering psychodiagnostic evaluations to adults 18+ for issues such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Specific Learning Disorders, Anxiety/Depression, etc. I recognize that individuals may not have had access to such services during childhood/adolescence. Additionally, those services received in the past may not have benefitted from the latest research regarding mental health condition presentation, including factors such as age, gender identity, culture, and so on. My hope is that the assessment service I offer may better inform treatment planning, and promote a better understanding/acceptance of the self. The intake session is conducted virtually. During this time, I will ask questions particular to your presenting concerns, as well as a variety of other questions to take into account such contexts as medical, developmental/family, social, and academic/occupational histories. At the conclusion of the intake, we will schedule an in-person evaluation session for a future date. A psychodiagnostic evaluation offers a clear, expert perspective on your mental and emotional well-being, helping to pinpoint the causes of complex symptoms and providing you with a definitive diagnostic impression. This process can aid in the development of treatment planning and interventions (especially when integrated within therapy and psychiatry services), ensuring that any therapy or medication you pursue is better matched to how your mind works. Beyond personal clarity, the resulting report can provide the evidence needed to secure supportive accommodations at work or school, empowering you to navigate your daily life with the right tools and self-understanding.

Note: Consultations and ongoing sessions run 45 to 60 minutes. Assessment batteries are scheduled separately.

About

As a licensed psychologist, I specialize in delivering comprehensive, evidence-based assessments. I integrate precision and respect, ensuring the process feels clear and supportive. Behind every diagnosis is a person’s story, and I’m committed to helping create meaningful insight—with compassion and care. Evidence-based psychological testing provides a clear picture of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Whether for a child, adolescent, or adult, assessments identify learning patterns, attention challenges, and emotional factors contributing to current concerns. Results are translated into “real-life” language. This process clarifies strengths, areas for growth, and underlying dynamics that may be influencing performance or wellbeing. A collaborative and personalized action-plan including strategies, resources, referrals and follow-through to help clients move forward with clarity and confidence.

About

As a Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, adolescents, and families navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and hope. I believe that healing begins with feeling understood, and I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is warm, collaborative, practical, and grounded in compassion. My clinical experience spans over a decade of working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, stress, identity concerns, behavioral challenges, and family conflict. Prior to private practice, I worked extensively in child welfare and family systems, supporting children, adolescents, and families through some of life’s most difficult circumstances. This experience has deeply shaped my understanding of attachment, resilience, trauma, and relational healing. I work with clients across the lifespan and tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic principles, strengths-based interventions, and family systems perspectives. I value helping clients gain insight into underlying patterns while also building practical strategies that create meaningful, lasting change. In addition to psychotherapy, I have experience conducting psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments to provide greater clarity regarding attention concerns, mood-related symptoms, behavioral difficulties, personality functioning, and diagnostic clarification. I believe in taking a thoughtful, comprehensive approach that considers the whole person rather than simply focusing on symptoms.
